These countries can borrow songs from neighbors because in Eurovision they did that
Monaco- France
Luxembourg- France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands
Liechtenstein- Germany, Austria, Switzerland
San Marino- Italy
Aland- Sweden, Finland
Faroe Islands- Denmark
Andorra- Spain, France
