no because NZ is not borrowing from Australia Then my grandma is from Italy and I can represent San Marino.
It also makes no sense since San Marino is not borrowing from all Italy but from some regions And as far as the region is not known i can't allow someone like this to represent SM.

I think it is ok, if Avril represents Luxembourg... Ok it isn't very original but if she is really half French, then she should be allowed as Luxembourg borrows from France Anyway, it is annoying that Luxembourg just sends famous artists, like Zedd or Avril Lavigne

@franck, i think parents (or at least one of them) is a strong enough connection for a singer to represent a country. As long as they take part for the country their parents are from, not for the country that can borrow from it because it makes no sense And it's simple if you want to get more artists, just search for them
