Hay, so QuizUp is this application which allows you to play/challenge a friend - live - on various topics (Eurovision is one of these tho 
)
You just have to download the app from the Play Store or App Store and to set the first thingies you need in order to be able to play (email, username and so on). Once you register the app will track your country and make regional rankings, total rankings or friend rankings.
You can choose the topics of the quiz rounds, there are 7 answers to give and they're all multiple choice
You can add friends by typing their username in the "find friends" box. My name is RickTheFlop ~ Add me and send me challenges please
You can obvz share your nickname as well so that people find and play with you
