NORTH VISION SONG CONTEST 11
SEMI-FINAL ALLOCATION DRAW
On 25th October, the semi-final allocation draw for North Vision Song Contest 11 took place at the 
Nobilis Hotel in Lviv,
where all the HoDs met to generally discuss about the upcoming edition of NVSC.

The countries were randomly divided in two semi-finals with twenty-one countries respectively.
The running order draw is scheduled to take place on 12th November.

4 random countries per half have got a wildcard in order to choose their starting position in the semi-final.
