So can anybody explain me the difference between participant and participator? ''It might be that the only difference between 'participator' and 'participants' consists in the formality of the style. I would say they're perfectly synonymous, with the exception that they're used in slightly different styles.'' Taken from a forum And does it also say something about those "slightly different styles"?
