Update:
15 people have voted so far in the 2nd-chance-round! (Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Morocco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland)Thanks a lot!Still it would be great to receive some more, as this round isn't unimportant! 2 Examples:  Croatia managed to get 3rd in total once after qualifying from the 2nd chance round, and  Turkey came 9th last edition!
