Let's reveal the jury preplacers !
5 official jury members didn't voted ( Phil  Dylan  Sel  Ser Pounce and  alex(a)bg). They were replaced with the persons which voted as televotin and I made their jury points according with their rank in the televoting . So  Mateusz voted as Algeria ,  Jess voted as Croatia ,  Jan voted as Lebanon I want to say them Thanks for your votes ! and the jury points from Morocco were given according the results that the songs were ranked in Semi Finals ! |

Now it's time for the top 2 ! On top 2 there was a tie about 22 points The official runner up has 10 points by tlevoting ( 3245 votes) The official winner has 12 points by televoting ( 3290 votes) There were also a tie at the jury finally results : each song had 103 jury points , the Runner Up get  by 3 jury members and the winner get by 2 jury members , so the Runner Up gets 12 points by the jury and the winner 10 points. So there was the tie (22 points finally). The tie was broken according to the number of votes that they got !So the official 2nd place is ... The Song "End to Start" by the 3 ex-entrants for  Israel in NVSC #2 and #7 Meital de Razon , Offer Nissim and Asi Tal. They were 2nd place in Semi Final 1 10 points by the televoting ( 3245 votes) 12 points by the jury (103 jury points with by  Greece,  Georgia and  Lebanon )
