Can I ask a question?
What is PQR?
It's the first time I have to participate in the PQR. How does it works?
Sorry for the question, but I did not understand.. You and all the countries which are in PQR send a song, then there is a voting. All these countries are fighting for 3 places in semifinals. The top 3 who won PQR are in semifinals. Others are eliminated.

Why it wouldn't be accepted? ... Tom Dice is from Belgium, where is the problem? This rule is actually a great idea to bring, so they don't make flooding in one thread Take Spain #9 for an example. Spain was suppose to send Adélen with the song ''Olé'', but the song got disapproved by the NBU, due: 1. She didn't have close enough roots to represent Spain. 2. The song is a sample of another song. and alot of posts happened if the song/artist would be confirmed for Spain or not. Oh shit now I feel accountable for this rule. x D Joking

BHRT: The name of the artist will be revealed tomorrow! Two days ago, when it was revealed that Bosnia & Herzegovina will have to participate in the PQR once again, the National Broadcaster has decided to give all that they can to bring the best possible artist to keep country in the contest. Today, a contract was signed with a female artist. All we'll say she is one of the best known singers in her country and her name will be revealed tomorrow evening.
