South Koreans that have Northern Relatives? Or northern background / ethnicities? There's no real place they can borrow from, and I imagine there wouldn't be many singers rushing to represent them  It's so hard trying to find a good song from there  what about Chinese border areas, they have a good relationship with Korea |
