Week 13: Update Nothing much changed in the front 6 places.
 Switzerland rises one place.
 Denmark joins in 9th!
 Cyprus is the only country to get an even worse
ranking than the week before.
All of the other countries either stay with their score
or improved it a little bit.
 Albania lost one place, too. They improved heir score by 0.2 though |
