I seen that Mugsy is representing Spain with Mirela and NADA ES COMPARABLE DE TI
This was the same song I send for Spain in edition 27.
Isn't there a rule regarding this?
I'm not mad or anything, I'm just a bit confused

UPDATE
The window for FSC 41 submission has closed! Except for a few special cases, all the entries have been received! Because none of the tagged people responded to me, this is the player situation as of right now. Inactive for FSC 41: Removed from FSC: - @douzepointa

To the people who will be inactivated for this edition, please please please contact me to tell me what you want to do for FSC 42! And to the three who lost their spots in the contest, you are more than welcome to re-join through the waiting list. As for the three vacancies, I've contacted the first three people on the waiting list ( αndreas, LRN, and myloxyloto) to see if they're interested. They have today and the early morning on the 4th to send me an entry. If they don't want to send an entry for this edition, they'll keep their spots for FSC 42. Also, due to a problem with the  Albanian entry, they've been given the same time to send a new entry. This means that I will only be able to conduct the running order draw after 8am CET on the 4th. If you'd like to have a live running order draw, I'll investigate making that happen, as it'd be something I'd like to organize.  I'm shooting to finish and upload the recap before the 9th, so keep your eyes on the thread to see it.
