Not liking the foreign act rule..... :\ Not exactly keen about a PQR round either, I can just imagine the frustration someone would get from competing in the PQR continuously and flopping each time ._. Quick question: If I was to withdraw for an edition or so, would my place be reserved for an edition or two or not? I saw on the wiki that someone wanted Kosovo, so if I withdrew and wasn't guaranteed a reserve position I won't be getting it back

Poll for a new system
As you may know the maximum of 46 Countries was reached this edition !
Still 6 Countries aren´t in the 4th Edition (Switzerland,Liechtenstein,UK,Montenegro,Kazakhstan and Lithuania).
Current standings are saying that the UK,Montenegro and Kazakhstan are probably coming back next edition (with their old users).
Switzerland,Liechtenstein and Lithuania are may getting a new player next edition.
So if every country confirms , we´ll have an amount of 52 Countries ,but as I already said 46 is the maximum !
So we´ll need a new system.
I had 2 ideas:
1. If 46 Countries confirmed ,the Confirmation thread will close and those who haven´t confirmed have to wait until next edition.
2. A PQR with 1 Country from every part of europe.
We (the council) would divide europe in 8 parts and the worst country from every part will go to the PQR.
For Example:
Northern Part :
4th Edition
Norway - 4th Sweden - 1st Denmark - 20th Iceland - 14th Finland - 11th in the Semi Final
5th Edition
Finland would go to the PQR.
Map with the 8 parts
(this idea needed much time )
I hope it´s kinda understandable that we don´t want a Semi Final with 25 Countries. If you have other Ideas, feel free to comment.

I know many people hate it to have a PQR but I think it is the best system to use and it is more fair then the first system because if you're inactive and fail to confirm on time you will be disqualified from that edition so I voted for system 2

I agree with the idea of a PQR, but sending countries to the PQR based on their geographical position and results of their neighbours doesn't make sense. I mean what if France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and San Marino all finish in the Top 5, but because San Marino finished 5th they are automatically relegated to the PQR? It makes no sense. Also, what if France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and San Marino all finish bottom 5 in their semi finals and for example Czech Republic finishes 10th but because they were the lowest rank in their group they automatically go to the PQR? It seems unfair. I think the best idea would be to have a PQR, but relegate the countries with the worst scores in the previous edition to the PQR (like NVSC). I get where you're coming from with all the groups idea but it can be unbalanced easily if one country finished 14th in the SF and one finishes 10th but because the country who finished 10th is worst in the group they automatically are relegated.... You won't have happy people. Just suggestions, but it's really up to you.
