idek about you but I have never seen a single Hungarian word similar to any word in Estonian There's only very very few, about 20 or so Like käsi - kéz, vesi - víz And actually Hyunzales it's not a theory, it's been proven that the Hungarian language is a part of the Finno-Ugric family, those words from Turkic and Germanic languages are borrowed due to your close historical connections to both regions. But the Ugric language family is drastically different from the Finnic family, so it's understandable why there's people that say Hungarian isn't connected

you won't see many similar words either, I think, if you compare Persian and English for example... still they are connected, though really distantly from each other.
