Did you mean "Territories with limited recognition"? If yes, then I'm not participating.  I mean territories like Christmas Island, Mayotte or Puerto Rico, but the songs of the countries to which they are subject. You mean no  Kosovo or  TRNC? Anyway, I won't debut now.  |

I think you should forbid Northern Cyprus - It's only recognised by  Turkey, and it offends some people I may debut another time. |
