Kazakhstan confirms!
Today, February 15th, NTK announced that Kazakhstan will not be withdrawing from the contest.
After widespread rumours of a withdrawal, NTK announced that the reason they didn't confirm earlier was because they were anxious to know Assel's result in NVSC #12 and due to budget issues.
As due to mentioned budget issues, the entry will be internal, once again.
The Kazakh entry will likely be presented in the upcoming 2 weeks.
