Here you can find all information about Bosnia & Herzegovina in NVSC # 13
A few days ago it was announced that B&H will be participating in the forthcoming edition of Northvision Song Contest, but with a National Selection this time. After a very bad score of the country in recent editions, national broadcaster BHRT has decided to bring some changes in a song selection. It was decided to bring BH Vision back, as a special edition.
Now what is really about.. as Bosnia & Herzegovina was very successful in Eurovision, being only one of a few countries that have qualified to the grand final ever, what is very unlikely to Northvision. BHRT has decided to bring the last 10 Eurovision participants to try the same for Northvision. It was really hard to bring all of them back, but they made it. Every of them will perform one own song.
What is really important is that the public will choose only the artist through this selection. After that it will be decided will the artist perform later in contest that song or some other. Hope you have understood it all.

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 01 Mija Martina  The very first song announcement goes for Mija Martina who represented Bosnia & Herzegovina in Eurovision back in 2003. with the song 'Ne Brini' and achieved 16th place out of 26th countries. After Eurovision she didn't have any other notable successes in music. Mija tried again to represent her home country in 2005 with 'Ružice Rumena', and she took 5th place in National Selection. With that song she is going to try again to represent her country but in Northvision this time. |

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 02 Deen Everyone remembers of his performance in Istanbul in 2004. 'In The Disco' took 9th place in the grand final. Controversial and after Eurovision, Deen never stops to surprise us with his songs. He decided to take a break in music after Eurovision, but he came back after a couple of years with few singles. This will be Deen's first attempt to represent his home country in Northvision. The song he is going to perform in BH Vision is 'Rane Manje Bole', one of his latest singles. |

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 03 Feminnem This girl pop trio ended up like 14th in Kiev in 2005. with 'Call Me'. Four years later, they came back to the Eurovision scene representing Croatia, and even if they were one of the favorites of the show, they didn't qualify to the grand final. Two years later the trio split up, and all of them continue as solo artists. Pamela Ramljak has already been participating in NVSC representing her Bosnia & Herzegovina when Sarajevo hosted the contest, also like Nada Parmać who brought Croatia back to the final in NVSC # 10 after few editions of bad results. Even if they don't perform together anymore they will reunion specially for this occasion. Popular Spanish singer Alex Manga will join them in song 'Oye Oye Oye'. It will be decided later which version will they perform. |

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 04 Hari Mata Hari Hari Mata Hari brought Bosnia and Herzegovina the best result in the Eurovision ever. His 'Lejla' ended like 3rd in the grand final in Athens, in 2006. Hari is one of the best known singers in Bosnia and his current project is 'Pinkove Zvezde', a music talent show for kids under 17 years old, where is he a jury member with 4 other singers. He said that it would be his pleasure to try again to represent B&H in Northvision. The song he is going to perform is 'Da Ti K'o Čovjek Oprostim'. |

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 05 Marija Šestić We are on a half way to complete the song announcements, and the next one to fill this line is Marija Šestić who had a honor to represent B&H in Helsinki in 2007. with the wonderful ballad 'Rijeka Bez Imena' which took the 11th place in the grand final. Marija has already represented B&H in the Northvision, she was elected internally by BHRT for NVSC # 3 along the Croatian singer Jacques Houdek, but their ballad 'Odavno' didn't manage to qualify to the grand final. After the Eurovision she changed her music genre, and started to sing traditional Bosnia Sevdah music. She was chosen to sing the official song of the handball World Championship which will be held in Qatar this year. The song she is going to perform is 'Ničija'. |

INTERVAL ACT # 1
It's known that we'll have two interval acts in this edition of the BH Vision, and the first one is Lepa Brena who represented B&H in NVSC # 12. Lepa Brena's song 'Pazi Kome Zavidiš' sadly failed to qualify to the semi-finals through the PQR round.

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 06 Laka Funny as always, Laka made us laugh with his performance of 'Pokušaj', no one can't forget that. He performed with his sister Lela and they took great 10th place in the grand final. Original, he is always trying to bring us something different. All of his songs have some special meaning. Laka won the MTV award for the Best Adria Act in 2008. This will be his second attempt to represent B&H in the NVSC, this time he will sing 'Poželjenje', his the latest single. |

SONG ANNOUNCEMENT # 07 Regina Regina represented Bosnia and Hezegovina in Moscow in 2009. They were one of the favorites of the show, their 'Bistra Voda' took the 9th place in the grand final. They are formed in Sarajevo in 1990. and with 11 released albums they are one of the best known Bosnian bands ever. The next album is coming very soon, as they said. This will be their 3rd time attempt to represent B&H in the Northvision, but this time alone. The song they are gonna perform is 'Kad Poludimo'. |
