I like most of the qualifiers.

Morocco is missing for me though 
Armenia and 
Iceland are the most underrated here.. 
Latvia is underrated, it's the best joke this edition. And 
Bulgaria is very underrated, omg.. 
Belarus, 
Israel and 
Monaco (but it's not very bad) so I think Bulgaria, Iceland and Armenia should have made it instead; if not then Morocco instead of one of the underrated countries. But congrats to Belarus for finally back in the final
