Btw, you said that not all countries will be allowed: which countries can't participate ? If I ever get a country like  North Korea, I will withdraw for that edition  The list will include 80-110 countries, for sure not countries where it's nearly impossible to find something (so is North Korea)  |

I voted yes and a big reason is because I HATE seeing Florian being criticized every single time. It just doesn't make me happy and perhaps this change is better for him. But that being said I don't really mind either format so |
