It's just "Islamitic State" nowadays not "Islamitic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS) anymore.  That means you recognize them as a nation. Do NOT call them Islamic State! It's ISIS It's a califate and that's how they call themselves, I've not conceived that.  |

In reality it's ISIL because it's officially the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant", previously they were the "Islamic State of Iraq and Syria", but since ISIS is catchier and easier to remember, the media chose ISIS over ISIL and that's why. On another note, why are we even discussing this in the NVSC final thread?  |
