I have 2 suggestions: 1.From edition 14/15 let's say each and every country must have 2 HoD, so the number from the waiting list would diminish. 2.Also, to be easier to qualify, the best 5 overall in the contest including that edition should be automatic finalists e.g. After the results of #12, the best 5 overall are: SWeden, UK, Norway, Denmark, France (let's say) - they are the AQ in #13, but after the results of #13, Russia somehow gets Uk's place in the top 5 and so, the AQ will be Sweden, Russia, Norway, Denmark, Ukraine I tought that this could be a good idea because when you are in the SF with the best countries overall, it's hard to qualify, so, without them in any SF, an average country would have more chances to qualify I hope you can understand what I'm saying  |
