Please include a rule concerning the activity of HoDs.
Suggestion: If an user is not active, it starts with a message to his profile, concerning his/her activity. Not responding in two weeks (unless publicly announced he is inactive) gives him/her a strike, repeated by another message needed to be responded in four weeks and finally, finishing the last warning by messaging him/her everywhere possible. If the user does not seem to bother to answer, he is kicked by the third strike.
It's not like this way would be unfair - he'd have three chances during two months to respond and state (and act accurately) why he/she is so inactive.

If this A-Broadcaster PQR in #20 will happen, I have an additional idea. Let the countries that dont qualify vote in a RoW-voting

Artists can't represent the same country a total of three/five times in total.
That means that:
If I send Lilit Hovhannisyan in #06, #10, #13, (#16 and #18), I can never send her again to the contest.

Who said something in six editions will happen? -.- If you read up in this thread, you'll read a suggestion of a special edition in the future(maybe #20) where A-Broadcasters will have a PQR or something  |

I think the Bottom 5 of each Semi Final ,should be posted after Semi Final 2 or after each semi Final as it doesnΒ΄t influence anything and itΒ΄s better for the non Qualifiers  |
