SYSTEM CHANGE This edition, a third semi-final will be introduced. In the first semifinal, 18 countries will perform, 19 in semifinal two and three. From each, 8 go directly into the final while the ninth placed country goes to second chance, where one country will make it to the final as well, having 24 direct finalist, the host and the second chance qualifier to form 26 finalists. |
