I’m looking at the results of the first polls, and i see that actually the majority of some didn’t count  for example the Uzbekistan one, although more people wanted Uzbekistan it’s still not participating. Then, the majority didn’t agree with the international country (even if it was one vote difference), but that was still added, and the way how the country gets chosen is totally different than the system listed in the question. People voted against the division of the UK too We call this a dictatorship |

After the results of the poll that you can see above :
 Gibraltar will now be allowed to participate in the Europa Festival,
and will be able to debut in the contest on the 22nd edition.
However, a draw will determine the first player of this country.
The draw will be held during the 21st edition.
