Hey, I was just thinking.  Can't we make a concept where some countries get allocated, and people can choose the country, but have to keep in mind they have to submit for the category that the country was put in to? Thats a nice idea, it saves borrowing countries from being used and difficult countries. However hen i issued the poll more people wanted to go back to the normal mode |
