hmm well this gets tough..  In Europe, countries that need to comeback are:  Belarus  Armenia  Georgia  Albania  Serbia  Bulgaria  Romania (though you said he could be back in #38  )  Estonia  San Marino  Portugal.. It's hard to define which it is, but great that you have some comebacks Yes, it's one of them indeed, but I didn't mean Romania Ā  Ā Ā It's not San Marino eitherĀ  We couldn't even get all of them back btw, as we'd soon reach our limit of 50 participantsĀ  that's right, well I can't decide, I may just say it's a Balkan country. |

For me it should be Portugal or Armenia. Their withdrawal came really suddenly. However the one which is most likely is Bulgaria imo. |

Romania won't participate this time, but will return in #38 as it seems. I don't expect to receive a sign from the 
Canadian player tbh, but his place will be reserved for at least this edition...
