artist: DUBIOZA KOLEKTIV Song: 'No Escape (From Balkan)'
Can we escape from the Balkan? Dubioza said no!
First artist to compete at the forthcoming edition of BH Vision is Dubioza Kolektiv.
Dubioza is one of the best known Bosnian bands across Europe, whose music consists of various styles ranging from reggae, dub and rock intermixed with political lyrics along with uplifting and melodic tendencies.
Outside “The West”, the group has already established itself as among the best and most popular live outfits in Eastern Europe, and notorious leaders in the fight for social change. They are also nominees for IMPALA’s 'Best Independent Album of 2011'.
The band have released 6 studio albums and 2 extended plays, and performed at many festivals around the world. The song they are going to perform is from their last EP named 'Happy Machine'.
This will be their second attempt to represent Bosnia & Herzegovina in NVSC.
