SECOND AUDITIONToday, the second audition was broadcast on DR. Ten artists out of the thirty selected, performed for the jury a cover of a NVSC song. The jury consisted of Medina, Xander Linnet, Pernille Rosendahl and Ihan Haydar. The artists that got three or more "yes" from the juries got through the live shows.

Therefore Fallulah, Puls and Kat Stephie advanced to the live shows. |

DMGP LIVE SHOWS POSTPONEDThe live shows for the 10th edition of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix were planned to be held these days. However, due to some technical problems, DR has decided to move the live shows later. The dates are not decided yet. However, as Denmark is in the PQR there might be some changes so the selection goes a bit faster.Real reason: I'm really exhausted lately due to working a lot of hours and I wanted to rest for the next couple of days. |

DMGP 10 TO BE HELD FOR NVSC 15
Although it was decided that the 10th edition of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix would be still held for NVSC 14, after a meeting of the DR members, it was announced that the edition would be postponed and be held for NVSC 15. DR head said that the length of the show was one of the main reasons of postponing the selection. He reportedly said:
"I know we've prepared this edition really well, the auditions were already held, but due to lack of time it will unfortunately be held for another edition. Good thing is that it will still be held, but later. This was decided due to being in PQR, which leaves us no time to host the full show as we planned it, which would take about 5 weeks. It was also agreed by the DR members that it would be better to have such a big selection in an edition where we're not in the PQR, which is the next one.
The Danish song for the 14th edition has been already selected and will be presented on 17 April 2015. |
