SWEDISH JURY
Some people don't really seem to know how it works with juries in ESC/NVSC. #nooffense
Yes there are some rules
β’ First of all, 5 members are needed (as there are some posting only 3/4).
β’ All members should come from your country, obviously.
β’ None of the members can have participated in the edition it's being a jury member in
(= I couldn't have used any member of Stockholm Syndrome to be a member for this edition).
β’ Members shouldn't have been part of a jury the preceding two editions.
β’ Jury members are not allowed to have any connection to any entry.
β’ The occupational field should be diverse, which means it should not only include singers.
Members should be either radio DJ, artist, composer, author of lyrics or music producer (or similar).
Moreover singers (and dancers) should come from different genres (if possible), like pop, rock, opera, hip hop, jazz etc.
β’ And finally, there should be diversity in terms of ages and GENDER (either 2 male, 3 female or 3 male, 2 female).
Edit: And the jury for the semi-final and for the final must consist of the same 5 members.
