Depends on whether they draw "first" or "second" half  Well I thought it's 3 countries in one half and 2 countries in the other half. At least the Big 5 was always divided like this in the previous years  Since    are already in Half 1,   should go to Half 2 with this system  They were never equally split (on purpose) afaik tbh |

Tbh, the winning chances of  France depends more on the final places in the running order of the other two big favorites. |
