Okay so I saw this on the

Η ΕΡΤ άνοιξε στις 11 Ιουνίου 2015 2 χρόνια μετά το κλείσιμό της. Είναι μέλος της EBU οπότε δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την συμμετοχή της χώρας στον διαγωνισμό. Η επίσημη επιβεβαίωση της ΕΡΤ για την συμμετοχή της Ελλάδας στον διαγωνισμό εκκρεμεί ωστόσο μοιάζει σχεδόν βέβαιη καθώς η ΕΡΤ είναι έτοιμη για μια νέα αρχή και στον τομέα της Eurovision.
Translation:
ERT opened on June 11, 2015 two years after its closure. ERT is already an EBU member so there is no problem with the country's participation in the competition. The official confirmation of ERT for the participation of Greece in the competition pending but looks almost certain as the ERT is ready for a new beginning in the field of Eurovision.
I'm pretty sure that's true, since ERT has shown interest on joining JESC again
