Format change for edition #2
After a night of sleep I changed the format a bit 
First of all the countries who have finished in the top 10 (1 exception as luxembourg didn't confirm on time for edition #2 the country finished 11th aland islands will be pre-qualified too) in the first edition will be pre qualified to the final
Semi Final : 19 countries (10 will qualifie)
Final : 10 qualifiers from the semi final + 10 pre qualifed countries (
Aland Islands, 
France, 
Slovenia, 
Sweden, 
Germany, 
Poland, 
Belgium, 
Finland, 
England and 
Switzerland) that makes a final of 20 countries
These will be the final format no changes will be made after this
(yeah I know it is a weird format but it is something like ESC used in the early 2000's)
