Liberland & Svalbard can Participate in a contest.
Liberland Can borrow from Serbia,Croatia & Czech Republic
Svalbard from Norway
Malta can now use and Worldwide song
The LBU(Light Broadcasting Union) will be formed and you can pick a name of your Broadcaster.
The promotion tor will be add,also and show Belgrade Open Arena(You can pick a song from 1st or 2nd edition and perform there for more promotion)
Kosovo can't no longer borrow from Serbia!
