 French Polynesia (How Bogs How Blue) and  Mordovia (manos) didn't vote, so they will have DQ, but they can will be in final, because these countries will have half of their points.
Results will be today and here are schedule of results:
17:45 - Room will be open!
18:00 - Start of results (presentation of 9 qualifiers)!
18:30 or earlier - Presentation of non-qualifiers and last qualifier!
18:50 - End of results of SF1!
