Stop nitpicking at Mans' victory. He won by an overwhelming majority so that is it. Yes, he may have not won the televote but that doesn't matter. The juries were implemented into the contest by the EBU in the first place for a valid reason, and the people who were probably begging to introduce the juries in the first place have turned on them. If the EBU didn't think the concept of a jury was working then they would have gotten rid of them. But they haven't. You're probably only getting angry because 1 - You don't like Mans' song or 2 - Sweden has so much success in the contest and it's pure jealousy. Let's be completely honest with ourselves, if we replaced Italy with a country that nobody really cares about such as Portugal, Lithuania or Montenegro, then nobody would really say anything and cheer for Mans. It's only because Sweden has experienced success and a victory in the past that people are getting upset. Look at the effort they put in - a ton of people watch Melodifestivalen, while you have Lithuania's marathon NS or Austria's NS this year. The only NS that comes close is A Dal. It all pays off. My country has won 7 times, so believe me, it hasn't shit to do with jealousy In my opinion, it was gimmicky, and it was as bland as tofu. There was no passion, no spark, it was like all he cared about was success. I hear songs like this on the radio on an almost daily basis. I don't need to hear another one Also, you think it was only because they were countries that people 'cared' about. What kind of logic is that? Montenegro was by far my favourite of the final, and Portugal was a nice ethnic entry, and Lithuania...well...made me want to throw up... What kind of point are you trying to make? I don't think the voting should be changed because of this, but it still pissed me off that songs which packed a lot more depth were beaten by Sweden

Why are people complaining that Italy should've won because they were first in the televoting? If Finland would've been in the final and would've been first in televoting people wouldn't say the same.. Agreed. I honestly can't believe the juries wouldn't have chosen better. Usually it's televoters who give points to rubbish.

Maybe Sweden has won thanks ti the juries, but it's in my honnest opinion the only true winner. Like 𝖋𝖑𝖔𝖗𝖎𝖆𝖓 said it's in the top 10 singles sold in half of Europe and it's one of the TWO ONLY songs of this edition that fit to what people listen to in real life (the other being Belgium). I realised this night that Eurovision is totally outside music industry, it's only a contest where it's the girl who screams the most who gets the more points, and I was mad when I saw Russia winning with a song that nobody would listen to outside the contest! Heroes will have a great success and it's something deserved. And I bet Rhythm Inside will work too. If we want to change people's opinion about Eurovision, the first thing to do is change the songs, forbid all these divas who scream louder than the others, and call for real artists, whose songs are listened on the radio. You can also hear songs like Slovenia on the radio + I think people want to focus on traditions. If you follow the ESC history a little bit, you'll see that many winners or high placed songs were "divas" as well ( #83 , #92 and #93 , and even #2007 + others). But, as you said, I think it's time to send modern songs that can please a large public listening to the radio or such. Petit intermède en français: France 2 disait être compte les chansons "formatées" & cie, ce qui explique le choix de Lisa. (À la base, une chanson en français et anglais était prévue) J'espère que cette année leur servira de leçon...

>people thinking sweden will host badly because of 2013. Who says they haven't learned from their mistakes? As much as I hated the winner, I don't think the Swedish hosts have ever failed to deliver.
