Tomorrow will be shown which five artists will represent belgium in stockholm. But from sources i already know the names  Here are the 5 artists: Adil Aarab Amaryllis Uitterlinden Astrid Destuyver Laura Tesoro Tom Frantzis All 5 are uknown for me  Wich sources ?! They stay secret Joking ofc it was already known, many esc sites got the names somehow! |

 EUROSONG 2016 ARTISTS REVEALED ! As planned VRT has revealed the 5 participants of Eurosong 2016 + the format of the selection here are the artists with a bit of general information. Adil Aarab
Adil Aarab participated in "Idool 2007" where he reached a spot in the top 10. Together with Adel Kariem Asselman he founded the group Adil & A.K.A. With "rhythm & soul"-music. Not so long ago he released single with "Slongs Die Vanongs" Astris Destuyver
Astrid Destuyver is born in a very musician family, her mother gave Piano lessons and het father plays guitar. Astrid is singing as long a she remembers She was contacted by the German D&B-duo Submatik and since 2012 she is one of the main singers of the band AKS (Addicted Kru Sound)
Tom Frantzis
Tom's grandgrandfather was cabaretier, his grandfather played in a band en his father en uncle play hardrock. Tom is the boss of a shop wich sells acoustic guitars. Tom can play piano. He is a singer-songwriter and produced a lot of his own songs. Laura Tesoro
Laura Tesoro is raises in a theatre: both her parents played in musicals. When she was 18 she played a guest roll in "Witse" en when she was 11 she played the main roll in Annie Later she evolved from musical to pop. she participated in "KetnetPOP 2010" and "The voice 2014", where she finished 2nd. Her genre is pop with a little bit of funk.
Amaryllis Uitterlinden
Amaryllis is the most skilles one of all 5. Both her mother and father where actors in the theatre world.
Just as Laura she played in annie in 2009 she was pippi in the musical "Pippi Langkous". She also played the main roll in the movie "Brabanconne" where she won a price of best actress. In 2009 she released her first album "The Beauty of it all" Here is a little trailer for the selection On Sunday the 17th of January 2016 we will now the  Belgian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in  Sweden. On Sunday the 3th of January the race for the ticket will start in the first live show. The 5 artists will then proof what they can. On Sunday the 10th they will announce their songs for Sweden in the 2nd live show and then at the 17th of January the grand final will be held were the televoters + an international jury from 10 countries will deceide the winner !
Adil Aarab, Astrid Destuyver, Amaryllis Uitterlinden, Laura Tesoro and Tim Frantzis will stay in the competion untill the final there will be no non-qualifications to the next round |
