 Melodifestivalen 2008 participant, Michael Michailoff, is trying for Melodifestivalen!  Michael Michailoff was one of the four singers who was trying to represent Jämtland, and he won.He will now represent P4 Jämtland with his song ''Horseman''.You can listen to the song by clicking this link.
Click the blue play button, and skip to 2:00 to hear his song. Many of us probably don't remember Michael, but he is no stranger to Melodifestivalen.He actually competed in 2008, with his song ''That's Love''. He unfortunately finnished 6th in the semi final, and did not qualify.

 Tilda Anvemyr is trying to represent P4 Västmanland
Tilda Anvemyr, a girl from Västerås, has made it to the top 4 in P4 Västmanlands selection for Svensktoppen Nästa.
She will be competing in the selection final on May 29th with her song ''In too deep''.
Another add is that the composers of her song are actually the two Eurovision veterans, Ylva & Linda Persson,
who have actually written songs for the selections all around Europe, including  ''Hold Your Colours'' in UMK 2015.
Tilda might be a stranger to most of you, as she is actually a rather young girl, and you haven't seen her in the MF stage yet.
But another thing is, she tried to represent Sweden in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013, with her song ''För Alltid'',
but did not make it to Malta, as she and the other 6 acts got defeated by the winner, Eliias.
We wish a lot of luck to our hometown girl in the final on Friday!

Melodifestivalen 2006 participant, Laila Adèle, is trying for Melodifestivalen 2016!  Laila Adèle was one of the five contestants to represent Halland, and she won it all.She will now be representing P4 Halland with her song ''I blame it all on you''.You can listen to her song by clicking this link.Just as Michael Michailoff, she participated in Melodifestivalen in the past, way back to 2006.She competed in the forth semi final, with her song ''Don't try to stop me'', but meet the same fate as Michael,as she didn't come higher than a 7th place in the semi final, thus not making it to the final, nor the second chance.We wish good luck to Laila in Svensktoppen nästa! |
