Out of that list I know Joris, Namika, Boy and Mia. (lol that there is also Miu in the list  ). And tbh. I don't like Mia. and also Boy. Herz über Kopf is lovely, but I don't know anything else from Joris. And Namika's music is generally not my genre at all even though Lieblingsmensch is one of my favourite songs of 2015. |

still expecting my Guano Apes... oh well, I like the artists from the list, haven't heard for most of them, but they look very good I knew only these ones: Joris - glad that he is one of them - Herz über Kopf was one of my favorite song last summer  Namika - same goes as for Joris  BOY - I thought they are Swiss anyway I like them the ones I've just heard: AnnenMayKantereit / Benne / Olli Schulz - very good  CÄTHE - omg  Malky / Wilhelm Tell Me - mehh MIA. - looks weird, but I like her Miu - nice Sara Hartman - the one who can surprise, and maybe win and please, please Germany.. send something finally again in German |

If AnnenMayKantereit submit something like " Oft gefragt", then goodbye. His voice is unique, okay, but good vocals aren't everything if you look at  Austria 2011 or  Belgium 2014 But I guess they or Namika will win, if the others (which I don't know yet, except Joris, BOY and Mia) aren't something amazing  I hope Mia submits something like " Fallschirm" and Namika something like " Hellwach" |

This would be a really bad selection tbh. Beside the fact, that  Cologne deserves a better representative than AnnenMayKantereit, they are not Kölsch enough  If this is the final line-up, I'm rooting for Namika and Mia. but I doubt that Mia. will win, as their lead singer is kinda unpopular since she was in the jury of DSDS  Althougth I dont believe anything until it is officially revealed... you cant judge the selection based on the acts, before you know the songs tbh. I dont think anybody remembers that Mia was on DSDS anymore tbh.  It is good that there is no runaway favorite like Unheilig or Andreas Kümmert or a stupid wildcard qualifier, who will win anyway. Maybe the best song will finally win. AnnenMayKantereit is perfect, Julian pls!  Imagine being represented by some Bavarian song that you/we/everybody don't understand  I dont know what the stupid racist remark is supposed to be. Is AnnenMayKantereit even singing in Kölsch? However it should be clear that his music wouldnt get us a single point tbh. Its nothing for ESC. |

He meant, that I want to see typical carnival music like Brings or Höhner, which would be the same as LaBrassBanda. I guess I just prefer Brings because I'm from Cologne and its from our culture so no, they aren't singing in Kölsch and don't have the tiniest bit Kölsch culture and I'd like to see something typical Kölsch but whatever |

How was any of that "racist"? Bavarian is a language/dialect. Bavarian is not a race. Am I racist if I say that I don't understand Icelandic and Romansh? Julian said he wants a song in Kölsch. So, since AnnenMayKantereit are obviously not singing in Kölsch, I was making him imagine a scenario where we're represented by someone singing in a completely different dialect which most Germans don't even understand (hinting at LaBrassBanda in 2013 or those La Goassn who were rumoured in another post); implying that he (Julian) would probably prefer the guys from his hometown Cologne despite them singing in Standard German, as Standard German is not the worst language to represent Germany... |

Well I'd just like to see some Kölsch culture in ESC, as we already had Bavarian (LaBrassBanda) and northern (Santiano) but I know that Brings, Höhner, Bläck Föös etc. would never try to go to ESC |
