It's such a shame they never offered anything to Adele. If her relationship with the BBC is as positive and as strong as people say, after her enormous success with 'Hello' and her near record-breaking album sales, only an idiot would think she wouldn't win. Obviously there is the stigma and belief that an established artist taking part in ESC = impending death of career but considering how much of an impact Adele has made around the world, there is no way in hell she wouldn't win. She appeals to all demographics - both young and old, that's why she's so successful. I mean, they never put any restriction on who the artists could be, perhaps Adele could send in Hello?  (I know I'm dreaming, I just had a spontaneous thought  ) |

Should it be internal, I hope the BBC turns back to their Introducing scheme seeing as Children Of The Universe was a massive fanwank (despite coming 17th) within the fanbase.  Plus, there are so many amazing "unknown" artists in the UK.  |
