They have not any relations with Italy. Albania was an Italian colony/province/whateveryoucallsomethingowned so Albanians have something to do with Italy even though they speak an entirely different language. Albania was part of the Ottoman Empire then gained independence in the 1910s. Italy invaded Albania just before World War Two. So..... K |

I know that Albanians came from the Illyrians so I don't believe that they had relations with Italy even in the ancient years. |

Oh my god I'm not trying to say that Albanians are culturally, physically or by language close to Italians.
Albanians simply have something to do with Italians because they're obviously neighbours, so usually things like trades, wars, alliances etc. happened between the two states/regions for some time. Again: I do not refer to physical similarities or culture.
