Official Announcement 
Albania will withdrawn for edition #15, the reason is simple, I will change this country for
San Marino, I'm italian and I think that this is a right choice (I could not take
Italy because HoD of Italy did not want Albania), but I'm happy in this time!When I received this country, I had no idea what song to choose because I don't know Albanian music,
but I immediately opened the investigations and I must say that I have found a lot of beautiful music!
I spent 4 editions with Albania and I am proud for the choices that I made for the NVSC because
Miriam Cani, Besa, Kejsi Tola, Elvana Gjata and Flori Mumajesi were the perfect singers for me and for my Albania.
You correct me if I'm wrong but I think that I raised Albania with the best position in NVSC #13 with 8th in the final for Kejsi Tola.
I voted in many national selections, I have taken part in the discussions and I really enjoyed myself.
I hope to revitalize San Marino and to forget them the negative results and propose songs/singer on which I believe with all my strength.

I will yield to you my list of songs and I hope you can find something good from it.
My NS for NVSC #15 was almost ready, maybe you can bring it to #16?
I will give to you the control of the country for the JNVSC (if you want)
Now I will check Albania for edition #15 only for vote in national selections and for recent applies (Ireland, Turkey etc), but in NVSC #16 everything is yours.
