^ It has, his surname is Gomer which in Ukrainian sounds like "Homer" acsheli, in Russian "Homer" (both the Ancient Greek one and the Simpson) is transcribed as "Gomer" just like Hamlet became "Gamlet", or "Herman Hesse" is "German Gesse" so Anton's surname was linked to Homer in my mind since the very beginning
