That was all the point in reforming the Rulesbook.
People participating in NVSC are meant to be able tonfind some time each edition to do regular little things (sending a song to the council/making a NS, reacting to some of the events, voting in every round)
If you can't afford that for one edition (e.g. for exams), there's nothing bad in withdrawing.

This all reflects the point of the "activity".. And if you feel like you're inactive for just one edition, then as Jess said, just withdraw for that one edition

maybe, the exams period is the answer? As far as I know, the exam period is over for most people, not for all, but for many enough Still when I have exams, I take max. 30 minutes of one fknfonr day to log in, watch the recap and send my votes, it's really not like the 4 days are SO busy that there aren't any free minutes pls I don't know how it is in your countries, here in Russia it's in full swing. also, ehhh isn't the player also obliged to send a spokesperson, a background, a speech and so on and so forth? It also takes some time.

My problem is that my computer is broken, and voting through mobile takes A LOT of time, and it's kind of unconfortable.
Plus I have exams.
That's mainly the reason I go through internal next edition.

That's mainly the reason I go through internal next edition. When I was in Berlin (at NVSC#5) I listened to all songs at one evening on my MP3 and wrote my votes on a paper and then sent it to Dimi

Last edition (#13): Voting (Jury, 5 members): 25 minutes (Recap + some more) Voting (Televoting, own opinion) 15 minutes (Recap) Combining Jury Ranking: 10 minutes Combining Jury + Televoting: 5 minutes Spokesperson picture: 10 minutes Spokesperson text: 10 minutes Voting post + jury members (picture): 20 minutes Voting in NVSC #13 Grand Final took me 1 1/2 hour, the extended and realistic way.

I also need 1 hour +, because I do it in this way But I'm not really "wrong" with that, because nobody is forced to take the realistic, extended way Just simple split voting, sending a spokesperson etc. is enough

Actuleh the deadline is already tomorrow. Holy crap, will we have the most strikes ever ? Yes please maybe, the exams period is the answer? As far as I know, the exam period is over for most people, not for all, but for many enough Still when I have exams, I take max. 30 minutes of one fknfonr day to log in, watch the recap and send my votes, it's really not like the 4 days are SO busy that there aren't any free minutes pls It's interesting how so many people are online non-stop but waiting for the last minute to vote and stating as reason the school or exams. Well i am not saying about all the people, but it happens quite often and not only in NVSC
