If you send something good you will get good rankings. Big popularity in the forum community helps too.  Or you are Norway, Germany or UK.  I think I was underrated with: Knez - Donna (1 point from qualifying  )Boris Covali - Runaways (Way better than flying...)Gigi Radics - Over You (I guess it was too overused)Sofia Nizharadze - Sing My Song (idk what happened here)I could probably get high with Conchita, but I want to send something original..
