The   Baltics are observer states of the Nordic Council, if I'm not wrong I personally don't mind them taking part anyway. But I think no more expansion after that. |

UPDATETo clear the talks of the baltics:
no, they will not join this edition. And because of various reasons will another poll be put up for the next edition. So their participation is not clear yet!
