  NTU (Pershyi Natsionalnyi) confirms Ukraine's participation in NVSC #16. The longest running Ukrainian NS, Pivnichbachennya Natsionalnyi Vidbir (PNV) shall make a return for its 7th edition. |

 Confirmation?? The Russian broadcaster can confirm that they will be present at the 16th in edition! Selection process will be determined in a later stage. |

  News from GeorgiaTbilisi ♠ A few days ago, the Georgian delegation had a meeting in the office of the Georgian Northvision Delegation. Obviously, it was discussed whether Georgia will plan to continue its participation or they will pause for one edition due to whatever issues. From the early morning until the late afternoon, the delegation together with the  Georgian HoD Antone Gomerishvili discussed and planned and imagined etc.What the result of that meeting was, that came out tonight!Apparently, the delegation couldn't find a compromise. Following options are now to be discussed in another conference:
♠ 1st option:Georgia confirms its participation in the 16th edition of NVSC. However, "A Song For Georgia" will not take place due to budget cuts and lack of time. That would mean that Georgia would go through another internal selection after #14 with Rati Durglishvili (who brought the first Final ever for Georgia).♠ 2nd option:It might happen that the Georgian HoD Antone Gomerishvili will have some time problems in the future due to his stressful work as being the Head of the Georgian delegation. That would mean that Georgia will have to withdraw for one edition at least. It would be the 3rd edition in Northvision history where Georgia would be absent (after #2 & #9).
What will the next conference bring? Which option will be chosen?What option would you out there in the Northvision community prefer?Tell us if you wish to!Anyway, the second semifinal is underway.
This weekend, we will get to know the last 10 finalists which will join our Georgian entrant Nina Sublatti.The delegation of Georgia and as well the Georgian public already wishes Nina good luck in the final and also a big thank you to all the workers who makes Northvision possible!
