  Kazakhstan confirms!
Astana, Kazakhstan β Kazakhstan has announced today, that they will, without a doubt, participate in the 16th edition of North Vision Song Contest.
"We are not missing an opportunity," said Kazakh HoD, Mark DeFlop, "We don't see a reason for Kazakhstan to withdraw in the near future."
The selection process of Kazakhstan is still under question, most likely ΓwenfestΓ―vali will make a return, however, going back to an internal selection has not yet been ruled out. More news from Astana will come in the future.

 SLOVENIA`S PARTICIPATION IS UNSURE !
Early in the morning,the slovenian Broadcaster RTV SLO announced that Slovenia may withdraw,because of the bad results in te last 2 editions,especially the last place in NVSC #14.
However itΒ΄s still possible that Slovenia will take part in NVSC #16 as NVSC #15 is not over.
