 SLOVENIA OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS !
After long discussions the slovenian Broadcaster RTV SLO decided to take part in the upcoming 16th edition of NVSC !
A participant was also found !
That means Slovenia will select it´s entry internal !
We wish Good Luck to all Countries and the organizers of NVSC #16 !

SWITZERLAND RETURNS TO NATIONAL SELECTION HoD of Switzerland: "We said we won't make a National Selection this edition, but now we decided to make one. There will be one battle between two songs. We want to start small and maybe we make bigger National Selections in the future." |

After being the first to start a NS, we might also be the first to end it:  Austria will publish their entry tomorrow !
The National Selection, YCFA, is nearly finished ! 30 NVSC countries (including Austria) and 6 Associated Broadcasters have submitted their votes. The voting is still open, but not for a long time, so if you're reading this and still want to vote, do so ASAP ! The results of YCFA will be published tomorrow, 13:00 CET. We hope that you'll follow them and show support for your favourites ! |

   BREAKING NEWS! Finally returning to the final, and getting the  3rd place in NVSC #15, leading the country to an Automatic qualification, we're happy to announce that  Algeria will take part in the North Vision Song Contest 16!
After discussing with the previous Algerian head of delegation and the Council, it was decided that Algeria will keep participating, even if their head of delegation has changed. As the rules of the contest say that due to a change of the head of the delegation, the country is forced to withdraw for one edition, it was made an exception thanks to our auto-qualification which we get for the next contest. I want to thank the NBU Council for letting us take part, and of course the previous HoD, Phil for bringing such a great result and letting us be part in the final of the event one more time. So as Canal Algérie got a new leader, i am glad to announce that we're looking for singers who would like to carry the colors of Algeria in  Israel.  , stated Mikhail Al-Sivan. |

IBA confirms that  Israel will take part in North Vision Song Contest 16 , Israel is ready to host the edition and we hope to be the best edition NVSC ever !
The selection wil be internal , more informations are coming soon by IBA and NBU Council ! |
