It always was tomorrow No, it was planned to be on Tuesday first (and that's the way I planned my NS) you can check the council PM Oh probably, I don't know I remember that whenever I checked the post it was 20 September so idk  |

If Albania doesn't send a song, does that mean that there would be 19 countries in SF1 or still 20 but 6 PQR-Qualifiers ? |

Wait if the country won't submit on time then the first country from PQR (which had the most points from  #15) will take Albania's place??? |
