Spain has in order to select their entry for North Vision #16, decided to host a National Selection. The dates of the selection is yet to be announced, which is later of course.The artists:
There will be nine Spanish artists/bands participating in the National Selection, including one foreign act. The artists will be announced later, so stay tuned

This edition will contain of two rounds. The first round is between all the ten acts, which are fighting for a spot in the second round, where the five acts with the highest amount of points will qualify for. The winning entry of the second round, will represent Spain in the 16th edition of North Vision.

The voting:
The first round has the normal North Vision system, with 1-8, 10, 12, while the second round has a way more different voting system. That will be 50% Jury and 50% Televoting. Every user which participates in North Vision #16 are able to apply to be a jury, but you have to vote in the first round for obvious reasons, and the amount of juries is five. The points that each jurymember give are:

, while each televoter give their points from

. The points after the juries have voted, will be the points which comes from the televoting.
eg: Song 1 gets 18 points from the juries in total, Song 2 gets 20, Song 3 gets 26, Song 4 gets 36, Song 5 gets, 30. Which means that the points from the televoting will be 20, 26, 36, and 30
Everyone who wants, are able to vote as a televoter in the second round
