Please not. I've always disliked that.  However I also see the reason for that question. Tbh. if it's going to be split please let only people choose artists which are actually from the part the participating person has ( e.g. Emeli SandΓ© only for Scotland and nothing else). No, I don't want 4 Englands  The thing is, it's not like (maybe i should've said it before lel) for example Little Mix could represent Wales. They could only do so for England. While for example Leona Lewis, who has a welsh mother, could represent England & Wales  I wouldn't allow every UK artist for each state, that would be crazy  Good! |

 Portugal has voted ^^ I'm in favour of the split, but only if people send artists from the respective area - as mentioned earlier.  And in case the split DOES happen, can I reserve  Scotland? ^^ |
